This adorable body con skirt from Forever 21 ($9.80) has cute pops of yellow and pink flowers over navy horizontal lines. I decided to highlight the pink by pairing it with this hot pink bag from ModCloth ($34.99) which is topped off with a bow for a nice feminine touch. I decided to continue with the pink for the shoes and picked these hot pink platform sandals from Lulu's ($34).
