Summer Beach Day Casual

This is an old photo from Forever 21's #21DaysofLA Instagram Challenge back in June. The theme was tie dye and I wanted to create a very cool laid back kind of outfit.

Summer Chill

I used this photo in the Forever 21 #21DaysofLA Instagram Challenge back in June. The challenge for that day was for swimwear. Fringe swimwear was a huge trend this past summer and I really loved the design and pattern on the top. The bottoms highlight the turquoise in the top and it has a cute ruffle. Lace tops were also another big trend and would look really cute over the swim suit. The shorts give off a cool lived-in vibe and Vans are a sensible alternative for flip flops or sandals because they're much easier to run around in and you can still just slip them on.And accessories of course! A hat and shades not only protect you from the sun, you also look awesome while wearing them. The necklace and belt both look similar and give off a relaxed, beachy vibe. Friendship bracelets and beaded bracelets complete the look and give it a summer attitude.

Sweaters and Skirts

I absolutely love pairing sweaters and skirts together. I especially love this combination because with this skirt, I usually pair it with plain black tops (there's a thin black trim on the edge of it). However, this sweater accents the small blue details in the skirt and gives a pop of color on top.

Floral Spectrum

This picture was taken back in June for the Forever 21 #21DaysofLA Instagram Challenge. It's so difficult to get pictures taken like this because my family is so busy, but occasionally they have a minute to help me out haha. Anyway, I love the colors on this skirt, but it's also so difficult to pair shirts with it because of the colors. Then I saw this shirt in my closet and I saw that they actually went so well together!
